FIBERGLASS PIPING SYSTEMS
Ameron is a leading worldwide producer of Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) and phenolic pipe systems with manufacturing facilities in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Ameron offers the world's most comprehensive line of GRE pipe products for industry, oil & gas, offshore, marine and fuel handling applications. Durable and corrosion resistant Ameron Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) piping is resistant to internal corrosion from a wide variety of chemicals, crude oil, residues, injection water and bacteria. Similarly it is resistant to exterior corrosion even in aggressive environments. Cathodic protection is not required. Complete piping systems Ameron offers more than just pipe segments. Complete piping systems in a variety of diameters and pressures for many different applications are available. Including a choice of joint systems, such as adhesive-bonded, mechanical as well as threaded joint systems and flanges.
Ameron Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) and phenolic piping is available in diameters up to 1000 mm (40 inch), pressure classes up to 398 bar (5750 psi) and standard lengths up to 12 m. (40ft).
Conley Corporation is unique in offering our customers a congruous piping system. The standard internal corrosion barrier of Conley Piping System components is a minimum double synthetic veil reinforced for superior corrosion resistance, in accordance with the recommendations of the resin manufacturers in common caustic and Hydrochloric acid environments.
Unlike most other piping manufacturers, the standard structural cage of all Conley Systems is constructed with aromatic amine cured Epoxy with an HDT over 300°F. This outstanding feature provides superior high temperature safety and structural performance developed through the use of multi-resin composite technology unique to our piping systems.
Finally, Conley Pipe, Fittings, and Basket Strainers are all encapsulated in a standard Nexus reinforced external corrosion barrier, which provides corrosion resistance for spillage, greater impact resistance, custom color for line code designation, and resistance to degradation by UV light.

DURADEK® Standard Pultruded Grating
DURADEK® is a standard pultruded grating product stocked by distributors nationwide. It is available with individual bearing bars in either 1" or 1-1/2" "I" shapes or a 2" "T" shape. DURADEK® is a flame retardant product utilizing a polyester or vinyl ester resin. The bearing bars use both longitudinal (glass roving) and multidirectional (glass mat) reinforcements as well as a synthetic surfacing veil to provide unequaled corrosion resistance. |
DURAGRID® Custom Grating
DURAGRID® custom grid and grating systems are designed to accommodate specific applications that cannot effectively be met by a standard fiberglass grating. DURAGRID® offers the customer options such as selection of bar spacing (which creates varying open space in the grating or grid), bar shape, cross-rod placement, custom fabrication, custom resin or color. |

DURAGRID® Heavy Duty Grating
DURAGRID® Heavy Duty Grating is a pultruded bar type grating that can be designed and used like traditional metal grates. The solid individual bearing bars are designed to take heavy wheel traffic such as fork lifts, tow motors and truck traffic. Heavy duty grating is constructed of the same type composite used in the other DURAGRID® products. |
Aickinstrut® Fiberglass Channel
Description
The installation of fiberglass channel and accessories is similar to the installation of metallic channel and accessories. All standard installation practices and procedures apply. In general, special handling is not required.Aickinstrut fiberglass structural members can be cut and drilled at a much faster rate than steel. Typically, fiberglass can be fabricated in less than half the time. As a result, substantial labor savings will be realized. Also, Aickinstrut products average 1⁄3 the weight of their steel counterparts, making them much easier to handle on the job site.
